Toulouse, July 24th 2024

Toulouse is called the «pink city» after the tint many brickwork buildings gives. The centre for aviation and space industry also makes this a booming town.

There are several shaded places to relax and have a glass of wine.

As the sun drops and it gets cooler, the street life blooms.

I took a short stroll before sunrise to catch the early morning light.

I attended a great food and city walk tour with seven stops of guiding, and seven local delicacies to try out. That tour took us by the market as well.

Definately great first 24 hours in Toulouse, will be here another night before heading to Montpellier for the final stop for this vacation.
