A revisit is the highest acclaim. In 2024 I had wonderful days of food (and some wine) in Paris, so it was an easy decision to revisit Ritz Escoffier for their «3 days in the kitchen» program.
This cooking school is located in the basement of the Ritz Paris hotel, so the setting is amazing.


Our training kitchen was fully equipped and spacious which made it easy to follow the demonstrations of our chef Vincent and his assistant, who made sure to translate the details into English.

On a high level, I knew what to expect, but the style and schedule was a bit different; each day had its own theme, land, sea, and vegetables.

This year we got to eat all three courses during a late lunch, followed by cake or ice cream from the baking class, and chocolate from the pattisiér of Ritz.



Going to a course here, it will either be Vincent or Jerôme who will be holding it.

It was great experiencing both of them – their style is different, I can reveal we used a lot less butter this year.
