Paris

Three days in a kitchen during a summer vacation might seem strange – but not when it is with Michelin star chefs at the Ritz Escoffier culianry school. At the Ritz in Paris.

Other that that, admiring a city waiting for the Olympic games…

Bordeaux

Soundtrack: Red Red Wine, Neil Diamond

Last year Burgundy, this year Bordeaux. Ages since I was there, looking forward to some cellar visits there as well. And atlantic oysters.

Toulouse

Soundtrack: Life on Mars – David Bowie

Space and aeronautics capital of Europe, and a completely new city for me. Might stay on earth, but might take some virtual space trips as well!

Montpellier

Soundtrack: Le Sud – Nino Ferrer

What a city! Some years since last stay, will be enjoying oysters here as well, but from the Mediterranean waters this time.
