Time to leave. Saturday was relaxing and very hot. So just the energy to take a quick trip past Louvre and the nearby garden.

However, Parisians have found a way to cope with the heat, by having several indoor arcades throughout the city. A bit colder and away from the direct sun.

As Sunday was departure day it was barely time to do some window shopping in Galeries Lafayette. Impressive shopping, with all high fashion brands present.

So with a quick neighborhood walk it was about time to head to Gare du Lyon for a train ride to the next destination.

And that is of course Lyon. Last time I was there was in 2016 and only for one night, so hope to get much more out of the city this time.
