Friday was a day for relaxed sightseeing – a river cruise and a stroll around the neighborhood market street.

Salad lunch in Marais – the area around centre Pompidou. Then a quick stroll down to see Notre-Dame – still in renovation, but due to be reopened during 2024.

After this it was time to head back to the hotel to relax for the Friday evening in the Latin quarter. I had managed to book dinner and show at Aux Trois Maillets, a place I remember from a visit in Paris ages ago.

This is a show restaurant with a song cabaret in the basement that opens at 23h. It did not disappoint!

Very good performers, and very much fun! A lazy Saturday awaits…
